By partnering with MainSpring, they've boosted productivity, which has saved them countless hours in the work week, as well as thousands of dollars per year. In our first year with [MainSpring], we upgraded numerous elements of our IT systems including security issues, equipment, and operations. Their staff also addresses our IT issues whether large or small. Their response time is always within the promised time frame and it is often within an hour after a ticket is submitted.
